LIV Organic are launching a brand new Italian-inspired dining concept this month inside their Bold Street store.

Headed up by Italian chefs Alesandro Legnaro and Lorenzo Lanza, La Casa della Pasta is set to bring a truly authentic taste of Italy to LIV. Dishes will be made daily, on site and using only organic ingredients.

La Casa della Pasta will provide an informal and relaxed environment, where diners can select their pasta and sauce for a quick, tasty tailor-made lunch or dinner.

Brading and marketing manager at LIV Organic, Ashleigh Coleman, says: “We’re really excited to welcome La Casa della Pasta. Their ethos and approach to serving tasty, wholesome and nutritious food is very much in keeping with the wider ethos at LIV Organic.

“The dining area is an intimate and informal space, ideal for meeting up with friends and family to enjoy some delicious, authentic Italian food.”

The store, which specialises in natural and organic produce, including food and drink, household and beauty products, was recently been chosen as one of the best places for vegan food in Liverpool.

The owners, who are vegan, are passionate about providing options for a range of diners and recently launched an all-vegan breakfast menu.

They say that they hope this new addition, which for the first time includes options for meat eaters, will bring a whole new culinary dimension to the store and attract a broader mix of diners.
