Liverpool hotel operator Signature Living to sponsor British LGBT Awards

Ceremony, held in London on May 12, will celebrate individuals and organisations which work to advance the rights of LGBT communities

Liverpool developer and hotel operator Signature Living is to be one of the heading sponsors of this year’s British LGBT Awards.

The ceremony, held in London on May 12, will celebrate individuals and organisations which work to advance the rights of LGBT communities.

It will acknowledge milestones in politics, media, grassroots activism and the corporate world.

Signature Living owns and operates Liverpool’s 30 James Street and Shankly hotels and has recently unveiled plans to open hotels in Manchester, Belfast, Dubai, France and Spain.

The British LGBT Awards has previously seen the likes of Alan Carr, Paul O’Grady, Brian May, Danny Dyer, Lorraine Kelly, Rylan Clark, Tom Daley and Graham Norton all scoop awards for various categories.

Voting is currently open for this year’s nominees which include Liverpool’s own Paul O’Grady , Years and Years frontman and former Skins actor Olly Alexander, Orange is The New Black’s Laverne Cox, model and actress Cara Delevingne, singer Lady Gaga, Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui and director Dustin Lance Black.
