Liverpool shoe shop on the market for £80,000
A north Liverpool independent shoe retailer – Bobby’s Shoes – is on the market for £80,000 with owner Robert Sealey retiring after 45 years. Tony McDonough reports

After 45 years in the shoe business Robert Sealey is selling his well-established north Liverpool shoe shop.
Bobby’s Shoes trades from a unit in Lorenzo Drive in Norris Green, where it has been based for 11 years. It has a loyal customer base, long-standing reputation, and strong social media following.
Now Robert has instructed property agents at Christie & Co to find a buyer for the business as he has decided to retire. The shop’s leasehold interest has been put on the market with a price tag of £80,000.
Located in a busy retail park just off Lorenzo Drive, benefitting from high daily footfall, Bobby’s Shoes is based in an open plan retail premises with storage areas and staff facilities and is ready for a new owner to trade immediately.
