Leading property company Bruntwood is set to launch a significant new scheme within Queen Insurance Buildings in Liverpool’s commercial district.

The redevelopment work at 24 Queen Avenue will include a fully refurbished ground floor reception area, upgraded office specifications across a number of floors and enhanced internet connectivity throughout.

Queen Insurance Buildings is Grade-II listed and encompasses Queen’s Avenue, a stunning Victorian arcade that connects Castle Street and Dale Street and is home to several independent retail businesses.
