Local law firm WP Thompson has signed for over 10,000 sq ft at the No 1 Mann Island building on Liverpool’s blossoming waterfront.

The company has agreed a ten-year lease for 10,646 sq ft on the eighth floor in the building, which is currently playing host to the IFB Hub.

Mark Worthington, director of office agency at CBRE, who acted on behalf of Merseytravel, said:

“WP Thompson is a successful, Liverpool-based business operating all over the world and we are delighted that it chose to relocate its business to No. 1 Mann Island, building on the success of the recent lettings.”

Nick Manley, partner at WP Thompson, added:

“No 1 Mann Island offers contemporary accommodation in a world-class waterfront location and we are confident that it will be a superb working environment for our valued team and visiting client base. We look forward to working in our new offices from the end of June.”
