One of Liverpool’s best-known digital marketing agencies, Verb Marketing, is rebranding as Castle as it relocates to its new home Castle Chambers in the city centre.
The business, which has seen employee numbers more than treble to almost 50 from just 15 at the start of 2020, is taking 6,700 sq ft of office space on the fifth floor of 43 Castle Street, just a short distance from its previous home in Brunswick Street.
Castle director Georgina Currall said: “The name Castle feels synonymous with the city of Liverpool. Castle Street, where our new office is based, was one of the seven original streets in the city and still to this day is one of the most prestigious streets in the city and a central hub for both business and leisure.
“Our new brand is the perfect reflection of what we’ve been working towards all these years and what the business has become. Our new brand identity reflects Castle’s growth in both size and presence.”
Castle says it intends to keep growing and expand its service offering and has already added several members to its team during 2021. Founder and chief executive Dean Currall pledged the firm would become “the dominant force within the North West in the marketing sector”.
A lot of this growth has come from the continued results we have delivered for clients during one of the most challenging times in our economic history,” said Dean. “This is an exciting time for Castle and our aim is to continue accelerating our growth to become one of the biggest and most successful marketing agencies in the UK.”
Castle offers a range of marketing services, including web design and development, SEO, branding and design, social media marketing, video production, and affiliate marketing. It clients include lifestyle brands Swan and Steven Brown Art, accountancy firm Maple, civil litigation specialists HNK Solicitors, and new celebrity fitness app My Elite PT featuring Premier League Footballer Joe Hart.
Tristan Folkard, who was appointed managing director of Castle early this year, also said: “Castle represents who we are and what we do in terms of developing strong relationships, growing businesses, maximising revenue and providing a quality, luxury service.
“This rebrand signifies how we’ve grown over the years, as we are now a well-established agency within the North West and beyond, and we want our clients to know they are safe in our hands.
“We wanted to create a brand, an environment and have the facilities to support where Castle is at now. We’ve changed so much in just the past year. The rebrand and new office are much more fitting to who we are as a company.
“Our new office on Castle Street is a great environment for existing staff as well as an enticing arena for recruiting the best marketers in the country.”
