Marshall property agency, who have three offices in Liverpool and are currently on a ‘steady but substantial’ expansion programme across the region, have won North West Letting Agency 2016 at the prestigious ESTA awards in London.

The family business, which also specialises in sales, mortgages & finance, property & asset management, landlord insurance, emergency repairs, selective licensing and project & development, picked up the award after less than four years from starting up.

Director Paul Marshall, who founded the family construction business more than 30 years ago, put the agency together with his sons Sean and Paul Junior because he felt there was an opportunity to improve customer service in the industry.

He said:
