Local charity Mencap Liverpool, who provide a range of support services for adults with learning disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum in the city, will be holding another Comedy night fundraiser on Wednesday 5th October starting at 7pm, at Bierkeller, Liverpool One. The event is back by popular demand after a previous successful event in May.

It is hoped the event will be a great Fundraiser for the charity who have signed up brilliant local comedians, inluding headline act Daliso Chaponda and MC for the evening Dave Twentyman.

The plan is that many supporters will join the Mencap for a fantastic evening of laughs, giggles and brilliant comedy, whilst raising money for the local Liverpool Charity.

Mencap Liverpool Chief Executive, Sarah Jones, commented:

“Our comedy nights are really popular events which raise lots of much needed funds.  It gives everyone the chance to have a laugh and the money we raise makes a big difference to the work we can do with local people who have a learning disability!”

The event is being sponsored by local accounting, bookeeping and payroll firm DH Business Support and supported by ADM Creative and Go Events.
