Liverpool property consultancy Momentum Group secures management contract on 19,500 sq ft office building

Momentum Group has extended its geographical footprint with a contract win in the heart of the Surrey Hills.

Liverpool-based Momentum, a multi-discipline property consultancy, has secured a management deal for Bramley House, a 19,500 sq ft office building close to Guildford town centre.

This recently refurbished building is Momentum’s first national contract and furthers its ambition for continued growth.

It adds to the firm’s growing property management instructions including Liverpool properties Aviation House, 18-20 Church Street, Princes Building and One Temple Square on Dale Street.
