Property, construction and maintenance consultancy Momentum Group has appointed a new board director at its Liverpool-based business

Liverpool-based Momentum Group has appointed Sarah Carron to its property management division as a board director.

Momentum provides advisory, construction, management, and maintenance services to its clients. The group has seen significant growth since its launch nearly five years ago, supporting property investors, landlords and occupiers.

Sarah Carron, an RICS chartered surveyor, has been supporting and working with Momentum on a freelance basis. She has more than 30 years property management experience. She offers particular expertise in the management of shopping centres, retail, and mixed-use schemes. Sarah has worked on Battersea Power Station, Kings Cross, Festival Place Basingstoke, and Liverpool ONE.

Chris Bliss, co-founder and director of Momentum, said “We are delighted to have Sarah join the board.
