Property services business Momentum Group wins contract to manage 18,000 sq ft office building in south Liverpool

A new deal sees property services business Momentum Group take over the management of Aviation House in Estuary Business Park in Speke.

Close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Aviation House offers 18,000 sq ft of office accommodation. It adds to Momentum’s portfolio of property management instructions.

In the city centre it also manages 18-20 Church Street, and Princes Building and One Temple Square on Dale Street. And in July it secured a facilities management contract for Liverpool’s historic Oriel Chambers.
