New specialist teams in place to aid compensation claims at Liverpool solicitors

Paul Crowley & Co solicitors has expanded its clinical negligence and personal injury departments with a series of new appointments.

The firm will welcome solicitor Hayley Webster to the firm’s recently expanded personal injury team as well as legal executive Carol Cook to the clinical negligence department.

The appointments come as part of a move to bolster the firms offering as a client-focused compensation claims specialist.

Following a rise in holiday sickness claims Paul Crowley & Co has recently developed a new sub-division of the personal injury department to cater specifically for clients who have fallen ill whilst on holiday.

Hayley Webster will head up this new sub-department, with the addition of Lynsey Campbell as a legal assistant, covering cases from salmonella to more serious long-term conditions such as kidney failure.

New appointments to the clinical negligence team will also add to the firm’s compensation claims offering. Specialising in birthing injuries, Carol Cook has handled clinical negligence claims for over five years and will bring a wealth of experience to the team.

Carol will be joined in the department by new legal assistant, Chloe Welsh, who joins the firm from defendant solicitors Hill Dickinson with experience in industrial disease and accident claims.

Managing partner, Tracy Thompson, says:

“With a number of new staff appointments and the incorporation of the holiday sickness claims sub-department, Paul Crowley & Co has been able to significantly boost its compensation claims offering over the last few months. I’m certain that our new team members will only enhance this offering.

“Building strong relationships based on confidence and trust is central to our professional approach to client care here at Paul Crowley & Co. This is particularly important when it comes to clients who might need that extra support after suffering an accident, whether it be at work, in hospital or on holiday. With more appointments on the horizon, we will now strive to build upon our first class customer service levels whilst continuing to grow as a firm.”
