Plus Dane Housing has appointed Mike Price as its new Director of Repairs.

Mike comes to the housing association from Manchester Metropolitan University, where he was head of property services. He has extensive management experience in the housing and public sectors.

As part of Plus Dane’s senior leadership team, the new Director of Repairs will focus on the development and delivery of the property trades team improvement plan, ensuring that all available resources are deployed efficiently and effectively in delivering high quality repairs and maintenance services for all tenants and customers, while supporting the implementation of the organisation’s new corporate plan.
