Commercial law firm Primas Law is adding to its team in Liverpool with the appointment of a new senior associate

Catherine Lo is joining the Liverpool office of Primas Law as a senior associate.

Joining from Bermans, Catherine brings more than a decade of experience. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures.

She also advises on shareholder agreements, corporate governance  and constitutional documentation. Catherine is also involved in a newly-formed charity committee by the Liverpool Ladies Network raising funds for The Hive Wirral Youth Zone.

It opened its Liverpool office in September 2022 and, within weeks, had secured a new partnership with Mersyside supercar brand Briggs Automotive Company.
