Industrial development and investment company, Chancerygate has completed its refurbishment of Stadium Court – a 15,273 sq ft industrial warehouse on Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough. 

Managed by Chancerygate’s in house project management team, ISS was instructed to carry out the refurbishment of the former EE data centre, which was completed on time and on budget. The vacant unit is available on a leasehold basis at a quoting rent of £5.50 per sq ft

David Tyson, asset manager for Chancerygate in the North West, said: “Stadium Court is strategically located on a prominent corner plot fronting the main Stadium Road, boasting a very large secure yard to the rear.

“Wirral International Business Park is a well established and popular business destination and as this is the only unit of its size available and offering high quality newly refurbished accommodation and we have already had a great deal of interest from potential occupiers.”
