Residential property agency Bluerow Homes has opened a new city centre office just after the launch of its new sales division.

The business, established in 2008 by director Helen Griffin-Booth, the agency has opened the new outlet in Duke Street.

It marked the occasion with a special ‘paint the town blue’ themed launch event.

Formerly Bluerow Lettings, the business has now added residential sales and valuations to its lettings, investment and property management offering.

Ms Griffin-Booth said: “Our new office launch marks an exciting new chapter for Bluerow Homes, following the inception of our new sales division.

“Our ‘paint the town blue’ campaign represents who we are today a proactive agency that is fully confident in its services and continues to challenge clients’ perceptions of the sales and lettings industry.

“We look forward now to working with vendors and buyers, both new and old, as we continue to grow across Liverpool and beyond.”
