MSB Solicitors, who this year mark 25 years in business, have picked up the gong for Best Property Law Firm at this year’s Your Move Property Awards for the third time, following previous wins in 2009 and 2010.

Managing partner Paul Bibby collected the award on Thursday evening with partner Tracey Quirk, who heads up the firm’s residential property department on Allerton Road in South Liverpool.

“To have won this award for the third time is a massive feat for us and particularly poignant as we celebrate our 25th anniversary year. I really think it reinforces our belief that we are the number one conveyancers in Liverpool.

“I was so glad that Tracey could be there to collect the award with me this year as she has been directly responsible in leading the successes of the team. Tracey is an incredibly talented solicitor and represents the younger partners at MSB who are so important to securing the future of the firm.”

MSB have recently more than doubled their space at Silkhouse Court on Tithebarn Street to accommodate their growing commercial team. The thirteenth floor office now boasts a training suite, dedicated events space and specialist mediation suite.
