Property Consultants and Building Surveyors, Rowley Szilagy has appointed James Ryan as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

James joins the Connect Business Village based-firm from Workman LLP in Manchester where he worked  across the country within the industrial and retail sectors. During his time at the Manchester firm, James also mentored graduates as they worked towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

The John Moores University graduate joins the business at an high-growth time that will see him support and undertake various professional surveys, lead and manage project work and generally support the partners.  Besides this, James is also looking forward to expanding on his experience in producing in-going schedules of condition and inspection reports, negotiating dilapidations settlements and carrying out Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
