Sefton Park Hotel set to host exclusive wedding open day this February

Sefton Park Hotel will see the return of its popular Wedding Open Day next weekend, on Sunday February 22.

Following the success of last year’s event, the afternoon will see the arrival of hundreds of brides-to-be, who will descend on Victorian villa to take a tour around the parkland setting and receive expert wedding advice directly from staff members.

Between noon-3pm, guests will also be given the chance to visit a wide assortment of specialist bridal exhibitors.

Chief Executive Conor O’Donovan said:

“As a wedding venue, Sefton Park Hotel ticks all of the right boxes. Not only does the building emit elegant charm and sophisticated simplicity, the idyllic parkland backdrop certainly offers the perfect picturesque backdrop.”

“To showcase what we have to offer to brides and grooms-to-be, the Wedding Open Day enables couples to get a feel for the venue and its wide range of facilities.

“Whether it’s for all-inclusive wedding packages or civil ceremonies, we will provide mock-up seating plans and table arrangements to help couples visualise how the venue could look during their special day.”

In addition to exploring the venue and its offerings – guests will also be treated to fizz and canapés, courtesy of the hotel’s recently refurbished in-house restaurant, O’Connor’s Bar & Grill.

Conor added:

“The aim is to build on our reputation as a leading North West wedding destination – therefore we are very much looking forward to meeting and greeting many prospective couples and bridal parties that may tie the knot in our scenic hotel.

“We hope that the Wedding Open Day will offer a unique taster experience that allows couples to find their dream wedding venue!”

The Wedding Open Day will take place on Sunday, February 22 between 12-3pm – admission is free.
