Signature Living scoops Trivago award for its Liverpool services apartments

The company, which runs several facilities around the city centre, scooped the award for the quality of its serviced apartments.

Liverpool hotel operator and developer Signature Living has won another award after landing first place in Trivago’s Best Rooms category in The Top Hotels in the North West.

The company, which runs several facilities around the city centre, scooped the award for the quality of its serviced apartments.

Signature won top place in the regional awards, which uses more than 175m aggregated hotel reviews and also analyses the hotels to guarantee accuracy and impartiality to determine the best-rated venues in regions across the UK.

The serviced apartments that shone in the awards include the Masonic which sleeps up to 12 people and has been designed with a modern twist on what was originally the Masons boardroom, dating back to the early 19th century.

The New York penthouse apartment sleeps up to 16 people, and the Iconic penthouse sleeps up to 18, and is split into four distinctive bedrooms that are to some of the biggest style icons; Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, John Lennon and Jim Morrison.

Signature’s luxury apartments in its Shankly Hotel in Victoria Street were also praised.

Signature Living has previously been recognised for its hard work after scooping Late Rooms.com’s Best Hotel for the Shankly Hotel, and also Best Newcomer for Liverpool City Region Tourism Award for the Shankly Hotel.

The developer also won The Liverpool Hoteliers Associations’ Outstanding Achievement Award, the Collective Honours’ Best Hotel award for 30 James Street hotel, and the Liverpool Echo Awards’ runner up for Best Business.

The annual Trivago Awards have awarded the best hotels across eight different categories; 3*, 4*, 5*, B&Bs, Value for Money, Breakfast, Guest Service and Guest Rooms.

Signature’s Living new managing director, Kris Mochrie, said: “It means everything to us to be recognised for all of our hard work.”
