St Modwen completes four speculatively-built units at Stonebridge Business Park
Totalling 63,657 sq ft, the units range in size from 5,117 sq ft to 32,252 sq ft, front onto the A580 East Lancs Road and come with their own self-contained yards
Developer St Modwen has completed four speculatively-built warehouse/industrial units at its Stonebridge Business Park in North Liverpool.
Totalling 63,657 sq ft, the units range in size from 5,117 sq ft to 32,252 sq ft, front onto the A580 East Lancs Road and come with their own self-contained yards.
St Modwen has agreed a pre-sale on one of the units to Almond Catering Supplies. The remaining three range in size from 10,415 sq ft to 32,452 sq ft.
The build has been carried out by Caddick Construction.
David Nuttall, development manager at St. Modwen North West, said: “The latest speculative development we have undertaken at Stonebridge Business Park reflects our confidence in this location and our belief that there is demand in the local and regional economy for high quality accommodation.
“These latest units will complement the offer we have at Stonebridge which now has a total of 298,000 sq ft of accommodation over 50 units.”
This phase of development follows the construction of a new 69,197 sq ft parcel distribution facility for express delivery service DPD (UK) and a 15,700 sq ft speculative phase of starter units which both opened last year.
