Studiowide signs 5-year lease for new creative studios at ‘Hidden Hardman Street’
The company has taken occupancy of the top-floor at the listed building.
Liverpool marketing agency Studiowide, doubled in size by becoming a tenant at the recently refurbished Old Blind School development on Hardman Street, Liverpool City Centre.
Studiowide, who provide strategic and creative marketing services, has progressed from servicing local SMEs to now having some of the biggest and well-known brands as clients, including Rolls Royce, NHS and LIverpool Football Club.
Managing Director Carl Da Costa Greaves said: “One of the key criteria for selecting our new studios was to build a space that fostered creativity; a fitting place for our creative team and an inviting venue for clients.”
Studiowide had spent the past 5 years in its previous location on Rodney Street, which the company has now outgrown.
Previously home to The Flying Picket music venue, Merseyside Trade Union & Unemployed Resource Centre and Merseyside Police Headquarters. ‘Hidden Hardman Street’ (the Courtyard is hidden behind The Old Blind School Restaurant) now houses a community of businesses.
