Business tenants at an office complex will now have access to expert help on employment law HR, health and safety and financial matters.

Located in Dallam Lane in Warrington, The Base is a 50,000 sq ft facility with 24 tenants who between the employ more than 270 people. Owners Warrington & Co has now recruited employment law, human resources and health and safety specialist EML and accountancy firm Mazars to its roster of partners.

“The expanded partners programme has helped us deepen the range of support and insights available to help our tenants invest, grow and sustain their success,” said Sylvie Morton of Langtree, which manages the building on behalf of Warrington & Co.

“Our partners also support our Base Connect events programme with expert speakers, drawing businesses from a wide area to see the benefits of locating at The Base.”

In addition to EML and Mazars, the other partners at The Base are lawyers Brabners, CST Marketing Management, FDR Law, accountants Jackson Stephen, banking partner Santander and commercialisation specialists Inventya.

“I am not aware of anywhere else in Warrington that provides this kind of resource and support to tenants,” added Ms Wernham.
