White Collar Legal and clothing retailer Vita Lusso have both taken up Flexi-Office suites while existing tenant Dine Time, has relocated to a larger office within the building’s newly-refurbished fourth floor
Downing has secured three new lettings at No 1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool.
White Collar Legal and clothing retailer Vita Lusso have both taken up Flexi-Office suites on the first floor, while existing tenant, online hotel and restaurant booking generator Dine Time, has relocated to a larger office within the building’s newly-refurbished fourth floor.
Kate Carr, Downing’s property management surveyor, said: “Our extensive refurbishment of the fourth floor has created a high-quality space that is ideal for companies such as Dine Time looking for a flexible office that can grow with their businesses.
“We’re seeing strong demand for this offering from ambitious SMEs across sectors.”
The refurbishment project at No 1 Old Hall Street has seen Downing update the ceilings, carpets, signage and lighting in the fourth-floor wing.
Its Flexi-Office package features inclusive monthly rents, flexibility on duration to suit each customer’s business plan, along with a short form of lease – enabling early occupation and eliminating an often expensive and lengthy legal process.
