Downing has secured three new lettings at No 1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool.

White Collar Legal and clothing retailer Vita Lusso have both taken up Flexi-Office suites on the first floor, while existing tenant, online hotel and restaurant booking generator Dine Time, has relocated to a larger office within the building’s newly-refurbished fourth floor.
