Top city salon prepares to go ‘a cut above the rest’ with inaugural electric sessions
Liverpool is set to be blown away this month with the introduction of a unique salon seminar headed by Electric Hairdressing.
The world-renowned brand, which is housed locally in Beauty Bazaar at Harvey Nichols, has teamed up with The Shankly Hotel to showcase the city’s inaugural Electric Sessions on Monday, October 24.
Open to aspiring hairdressers, local salons and members of the public alike, the unique event will be headed by Electric’s International Art Team and will explore a detailed insight into the salon’s famed Electric Education.
Liverpool Salon Manager and Art Director Phill Gallagher said:
“The team and I are very much excited to introduce the novel concept of Electric Sessions to Liverpool locals in the hairdressing trade as well as the style savvy.
“Following on from the success of the original seminars held in our Brighton studio, the city’s first instalment will be headed by our renowned International Art Team, who aim to set the bar when it comes to hairdressing excellence. In addition to delivering a presentation about insider tips and tricks of the trade, latest trends and advancing techniques, the team will unveil a series of inspiring hair creations on our fabulous house models.”
Established in 2007, Electric Hairdressing is coming into its tenth year in business and has a reputation for providing cutting edge salon services across its locations in Liverpool, London, Reading, Brighton, Oxford and Edinburgh.
Offering much more than cuts, colours and blow-dries, the Liverpool high-brow hair bar is situated within the first floor of Beauty Bazaar at Harvey Nichols. Working alongside the award-winning celebrity hair stylist and creative director Mark Woolley, is a team of fully qualified colour technicians and stylists, who strive to offer a seamless customer journey.
Phill added:
“I speak on behalf of the entire Electric team when I say hairdressing is more than just carrying out a cut and colour, it’s the art of mastering an image that not only suits the person specifically but their lifestyle. By sharing our ideology and knowledge, we aim to teach and inspire the next generation.
“In line with our ethos for delivering a first-class experience, we believe that the Electric Sessions will go on to make a lasting impression by offering a new dimension to traditional studying methods. While this will be the first of its kind here in Liverpool, we hope to make the sessions a regular occurrence in the near future.”
Electric Sessions will be held at The Shankly Hotel on Monday, October 24 from 6:30pm. Admission is free.
