Merseyside facilities management and refurbishment specialist Vivark is to hold a ‘meet the contractor’ event for traders and consultants in Liverpool city region and Greater Manchester.

Part of the First Ark Group, Vivark holds several contracts with businesses and organisations, including the management of more than 13,000 properties on behalf of Knowsley Housing Trust.

It also holds contracts with many other high profile organisations in the North West, including the management of Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust’s Manchester-based sites, as well as the social care charity Alternative Futures Group’s centres in Merseyside, Manchester and Lancashire.

The event takes place on Thursday, March 1, from 8.30am to 10.30am at The Village Hotel in Whiston. It will include a presentation from Vivark on their business, the projects they are currently working on and the opportunities available to join their framework.

The event will also offer an opportunity to make introductions and network with other key industry contacts over breakfast.

It is open to any traders or contractors who are looking to expand their work, and Vivark is especially keen to meet with mechanical and electrical engineers, builders and plasterers, plumbers and joiners, and any other trades in this industry.

Tony Cahill, executive director at Vivark, said:This is our first wide ranging meet the contractor event and we’re looking forward to letting people know about the variety of projects Vivark is currently working on, as well as some of the exciting projects coming up in the pipeline.

“We’re looking for consultants and contractors across a number of specialisms to work with, and I would encourage anyone interested in finding out more to attend the event.”

Due to a limited number of places for the event, those interested in attending are asked to register their place by clicking here.
