Signature House in Halton comprises 12 apartments and has been delivered by Bryan Developments in cooperation with Halton Council and Halton Clinical Consulting Group. Tony McDonough reports.
A new luxury development has been completed in the Liverpool city region for adults with learning, mental health and physical disabilities.
Signature House in Halton comprises 12 apartments and has been delivered by Bryan Developments in cooperation with Halton Council and Halton Clinical Consulting Group (CCG).
It is designed to support the wider measures which are being taken across Halton to provide the best living environments for vulnerable and disabled adults.
Built by Fawley Construction, the development in Widnes Road, includes wet rooms, induction hobs, and SKY TV.
The homes are all fully furnished with exclusive interior design by Elaine Cunningham Design Studio.
There are now only four one-bed apartments remaining for rent in the scheme.
Dave Sweeney, deputy chief officer at CCG, says: “My role is to make sure that we’re on the curve when it comes to transformation and that the people of Halton get the benefit of that.
“Our collaboration with the local authority in their Healthy New Towns bid, which we were successful in, means that we’ve got some major opportunities in the area of Halton to do something really quite special.
“My draw is to focus on the more vulnerable in the local community and give those clients the opportunity to live as rich a life as possible, so Signature House was a great opportunity to do something within that framework.”
