The Liverpool law firm, Barletts Solicitors, are to implement Proclaim Case Management Software solutions, provided by Eclipse Systems.

Bartletts have eight offices with more than 60 offices across the North West region. In order to strengthen their position as a reputable and trusted firm, Bartletts has initiated a strategy to continually invest in new technologies that could aid the operation of the firm, including the use of Proclaim software throughout its Personal Injury team.

Proclaim will give Bartletts a secure central platform across all their existing office to ensure a consistent approach to every Personal Injury case: the Personal Injury team at Bartletts will have instantaneous desktop access to Proclaim’s Application-to-Application (A2A) tools in order to process Portal claims for both Road Traffic Accidents and Employer/Public Liability.

Bartletts intends to monitor and analyse their performance by using Proclaim’s integrated reporting toolkit, using the inbuilt functionality to create custom automated management reports that would allow them to spot trends and give the management team the knowledge it needs to quickly make informed operational and growth decisions.
