Flexible workspace venture in Liverpool born out of a ‘global culture shift’
Avenue HQ will occupy 16,000 sq ft in the Latitude Building at Mann Island and will include flexible workspace and private offices, along with meeting rooms, event spaces and an exhibition space.
A new flexible workspace concept is launching on Liverpool’s waterfront this spring offering tenants “membership” from £20 per month.
Avenue HQ will occupy 16,000 sq ft in the Latitude Building at Mann Island.
Opening in May, the facility will include flexible workspace and private offices, along with meeting rooms, event spaces and an exhibition space.
Founders of the venture say it was “born out of the global culture-shift in working style” believing that “through collaboration and support, individuals, business and cities can thrive”.
Co-founder Matthew Kennedy said: “The space lends itself perfectly to what we want to achieve, and we believe this will be an inspiring place for business.
“We have developed our membership structure to provide ultimate flexibility, allowing businesses to use the space as they require, whether that be a private office for a team, a flexible workstation, or a venue for an event.”
The founders have raised private funding to deliver the first project in Liverpool and will open in Nottingham later this year.
