KeeHub introduces an innovative alternative to hot-desking
Virtual offices and services provider Keepoint have introduced KeeHub to Liverpool’s commercial district, providing affordable collaborative workspaces for city professionals.
As part of their recent phase of growth, Keepoint have also appointed a fifth member of their management and launched a new virtual office in Birkenhead, bringing their total number of offices to three.
KeeHub, located on Rumford Place off Old Hall Street, offers a shared working space that can be used by both businesses and professional individuals to hire on an ongoing or an ad hoc basis depending on their needs. The team at Keepoint are specialists in this kind of flexible workspace concept, providing a collaborative environment that allows their clients to share ideas and network as part of their working day.
Keepoint have worked with architects MgMa and Form Furniture on the KeeHub concept, creating an informal office space that is both comfortable and practical. The offices have been appointed so as to make clients and customers integrate into the workspace in a way that wouldn’t always be possible in an ordinary office.
Gaelle Scohier, managing director at Keepoint said:
“KeeHub is based on a concept that has worked well London and other leading European cities. All too often, freelancers, sole traders and professionals travelling or working from home resort to using coffee shops as their base, but KeeHub brings a new and different offer to the market.”
“Providing superfast broadband services, practical and useable desk space, an interesting and connected working environment as well as great coffee, and all from a premier business address, KeeHub provides an affordable alternative for those seeking a practical and reliable base to work.”
The cost of each spaces varies, with individuals able to hire a KeeHub workspace for just £4 per hour. All spaces come with unlimited complimentary hot beverages.
In addition to the spaces on offer at KeeHub, Keepoint provide access to The Hub Club, which allows people to access a suite of virtual services for a reduced fee. This includes book keeping, social media management, personal and virtual office assistance, telephone answering services, mail sorting, and much more.
Keepoint were the winners of Best Start-up Business at The City of Liverpool Business Awards in 2013 and these latest developments reinforce their ambitious and innovative reputation, with plans for further growth across the North West.
