Local businessman to launch Vincent Cafe and Cocktail bar in Liverpool

Local businessman, Paul Adams, has revealed plans to open a Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar in Liverpool city centre this May.

The owner of The Vincent Hotel in Southport is set to bring a stand-alone version of the hotel’s successful all day dining concept to Exchange Flags, in the heart of the city’s business district.

The new 6,000 square foot venue, which will employ around 40 staff, will feature modern British and international dishes on its playful and eclectic menu.

Owner, Paul Adams, said:

“We have had success with the food and beverage offering at The Vincent Hotel and it has become a real destination restaurant with the Vincent Café. We want to further build on that success by launching a stand-alone café and cocktail bar and we are looking forward to coming to Liverpool.”

“The Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar will be offering breakfast, lunch and after work drinks, as well as afternoon teas, dinners and evenings out. A place for the first bite or the last cocktail and everything in between.”

The Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar in Exchange Flags will have seating capacity of around 190 including external seating.
