NHS Trust invites local businesses to Ask the Buyer Event
Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust (LCH) is inviting local businesses to attend a free event to learn about supplying goods and services to the NHS.
The event will take place from 10.00am – 1.30pm on Friday 29th August at LCH Headquarters, Liverpool Innovation Park.
During the session local businesses will be provided with a wealth of information on NHS procurement get the opportunity to meet the Trust’s buyers, and learn how other local businesses and organisations can support them. .
On the day, business leaders will also have the opportunity to visit a marketplace area, which will present information from Trust buyers and other business support agencies across the City, including Liverpool Vision and Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.
Gary Andrews, Deputy Chief Executive of Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust, said:
“Our Ask the Buyer event will provide a fantastic opportunity to share advice and guidance with local businesses on the supply of goods and services to the NHS. The event will also provide attendees with insight into purchasing and tendering in LCH, including the process for becoming a an NHS supplier.”
