Chef Paul Rowe launched Caribbean Fusion in Maghull in 2016 and now the Caribbean Fusion Supper Club will offer delicious food and live entertainment to diners in Southport, Crosby and Aughton

A pop-up restaurant offering authentic and freshly prepared Caribbean food proved a hit with diners when it launched in Maghull in 2016.

Now founder, chef Paul Rowe, is taking his Caribbean Fusion concept on the road in Sefton and West Lancashire throughout February, March and April.

His new concept will be called Caribbean Fusion Supper Club and it will offer great food, Brazilian-style carnival dancers and live music to people at venues Southport, Crosby and Aughton.

Mr Rowe was born in St Vincent and has lived in Maghull for the last six years. He launched his popular monthly pop up restaurant in late 2016. He said: “The popularity of Caribbean Fusion has grown and grown, so now felt like the right time to expand.

“Rather than simply take my pop up restaurant to other venues, I wanted to create a whole experience for people so I have now launched the Supper Club. I’ve got a series of events planned in Southport, Crosby and Aughton.

“I’m really proud of my heritage, so it is a privilege to have a job where I can share it with so many people. The food is all freshly made using authenticate recipes passed down through my family but I have added my own twist here and there.”

Events are planned for Stamps Bar, Crosby, (February 17, March 16 and April 21); Spiga, Bold Street, Southport (February 3, March 3 and April 7) and Christ Church Ministry Centre, Long Lane, Aughton (March 10). Monthly pop up nights continue also in Scrummies Café, Station Road, Maghull.
