The entrepreneur behind Woolton’s popular Raj Express is set to expand his restaurant portfolio and open a new street-food style restaurant, Wrapora.

The street-food style eatery, which will open its doors in Liverpool this weekend, will offer exotic tastes from all over the world. Located in Church Street in Liverpool city centre, it has an eclectic mix of tastes and flavours on its menu.

There are a wide variety of dishes for consumers to try, with wraps, burritos, bowls and salads all available.

The menu includes dishes such aS the USA Texas-style beef brisket, which is slow-cooked using a blend of spices, is priced at just £5.80. The Wrapora classic, a chicken-marinated wrap with a choice of tortilla and filling, comes in at £5.20.

Wrapora is the brainchild of Mizan Hoque, a Liverpool-based hospitality entrepreneur, whose curiosity and passion for food and flavours has seen him visit over 20 different countries, searching for interesting recipes and fresh ideas to bring to Liverpool.

He said: “We’re incredibly excited to be bringing our brand-new concept to Church Street. It really has been years in the making, which has seen our team visit all corners of the world to bring a unique offer to the city.

“I think our menu embraces the world’s tastes under one roof, which will hopefully prove popular with foodies and visitors alike.”
