Financial planning firm Pavis takes space at Liverpool’s No 4 St Paul’s Square
Pavis has moved to a 3,000 sq ft space on the first floor of the building, which is owned by Aberdeen Asset Management, and has relocated its operation from 8 Water Street
Pavis Financial Management has relocated to 4 St Paul’s Square in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district.
The chartered and accredited financial planning firm has moved to a 3,000 sq ft space on the first floor of the building, which is owned by Aberdeen Asset Management.
Pavis is the latest business to sign up for space at No 4 St Paul’s Square following the arrival of property and construction consultancy, Gleeds, which took 3,590 sq ft at the end of 2017.
The move follows another period of sustained growth at Pavis, which has increased its managed funds by 28% to £190m in the past 12 months, while its client numbers have exceeded 450 for the first time.
Pavis, which was previously located at 8 Water Street, works on behalf of clients across the UK and beyond. It was named in the Top 100 for 2017 by highly respected financial planning industry magazine New Model Adviser for the third consecutive year.
Bob Newton, managing director at Pavis Financial Management, said: “We have consistently achieved growth in all areas of the business over the past five years and we felt it was crucial to give ourselves a greater platform for further expansion.
“Our new, high specification office reflects that forward momentum and our renewed determination to provide the very best service to our clients for years to come.”
Joint agents at 4 St Paul’s Square are Worthington Owen and CBRE. Andrew Owen of Worthington Owen said: “Pavis is a dynamic and growing business which means they will fit right in at 4 St Paul’s, which has become a hub of growth and innovation.
“Current tenants such as law firm MSB and gas safety tech firm Gas Tag are expanding fast and the Santander business incubator is nurturing Liverpool city region’s high-growth businesses of the future.
“Pavis is one of the rising stars of Liverpool’s financial management sector and I’m sure they can only benefit from being part of the collaborative business community we have established at 4 St Paul’s.”
